Duplin Winery, Myrtle Beach
So on my Christmas vacation i spotted a winery going down the road. I decided to stop in and check it out. The winery is Duplin Winery. Very nicely decorated insideand had alot of different wines to choose from. You can do wine tastings for either a $5 or $10 charge matters on what you want. When i went to the wine tasting i got to sample 12 different wines including a warm wine and a slushie (also a wine glass included) Both of those were so delicious. The staff was so knowledgeable about all the wine and let us know everything about them. They also have a wine club i can order wines through the mail. *i was not compensated for this post, all opinions are my own.
Duplin Winery is North Carolina's oldest operating winery, established in 1975. It is located in Duplin County, North Carolina, producing approximately 450,000 cases per year and is known primarily for muscadine wines.
